7 Rules To Lose Your Weight Without Doing Exercise


For staying healthy you need to remain slim. People think that for losing weight you need lots of exercise. But it is not so. Improving some of your diet habits can make you lose your weight without a need of exercise.

Both healthy diet and exercise are necessary for your health, and they effectively work together. Most of the people cannot manage time for exercise due to many reasons. But no need to worry about health anymore, because diet plan is of more importance in process of losing weight. Changing your diet habits you can lose your weight without need of an exercise. You should follow these 7 rules and you will surely lose your weight.

1. Chew Thoroughly and Take Enough Time To Finish Your Food 

When you eat bite of food, first you need to chew it mechanically by your teeth. If you chew your food thoroughly, it will be much easier for your stomach to digest it smoothly. Saliva in throat and enzymes in intestine mix up well with smaller food particles and causes proper digestion of food that we consume. Unchewed, larger food particles cannot mix properly with digestive enzymes.

Most of the people don't chew food thoroughly. This is why stomach cannot digest larger food particles properly and causes gastric issues like indigestion, acidity, heartburn and constipation. Body fails to absorb nutrients from food particles. This results in accumulation of unwanted fats in body and is a major cause for weight gain and obesity.

Time for eating food has great contribution in your weight gain. People, eating food quickly are more likely to be fat.

It takes some time to your brain to process that you have eaten enough food. It's your brain that makes you feel hungry and not your stomach.

When you quickly eat your food, your brain thinks that you are still hungry and haven't eaten enough food. This makes you eat more and responsible for the increase in weight.

Chew your food completely and that makes you eat more slowly. This gives you fullness and makes you eat less.

2. Eat Protein Rich Food 

Many times you might have noticed that you eat enough food but it fails to give you fullness, so you eat more to satisfy your hunger. This is due to that your food might contain fewer proteins.

Protein give more fullness than carbohydrates and fats. So, eating protein rich food gives fullness for longer time and you don't need to eat more food. This will surely help to lose weight.

You should prefer food like eggs, chicken, fish, milk, almonds, grams and beans as your daily breakfast. They contain high amount of proteins. You won't need to eat more food.

But remember, you have to eat these things in only in little amount so that you shouldn't feel hungry. If you eat protein rich food more than you need, you will surely gain some weight.

3. Drink Adequate Water

Drinking adequate quantity of water regularly helps you to eat less and lose weight.

Studies showed that drinking water helps you to burn your calories. It also causes less intake of calories as it fulfills your gut. Moreover it is better alternative rather than cold drinks which are packed with calories.

4. Avoid Packaged Cold Drinks

Sugary drinks like package cold drinks available in market contains sugar in very high amount and of course very high calorie content.

Consuming such sugary beverages contributes more in process of weight gain.

People who consume packaged food drinks are more likely to be obese, cause their body is consuming more calories than they actually need.

5. Reduce Intake of Unhealthy Food

The most important thing you should do to reduce your weight is to reduce or completely avoid intake of unhealthy food or junk food.

Junk food beverage like carbonated drinks and food items like fast food containing high amount of salt and fats and many other things should be completely avoided.

Junk food consumption has maximum contribution in weight gain as it has very low nutrition value and high amount of salt and fats. People often consuming junk food are found to be victims of obesity.

6. Have A Stress Free Sleep

Sufficient and stress free sleep is very important for you. It has been observed that people living stressful life and not having sufficient sleep are likely to become fat.

Proper sleep is very necessary for good metabolism process of your body. It helps to properly digest your food.

People taking too much stress are also likely to gain weight. Not only obesity but it is also responsible for various diseases. So if you want to lose your weight sleep well and avoid stress.

7. Consume Fibre Rich Breakfast For Fullness

Fibre rich food gives you fullness which subsequently makes you eat only as you need. As you don't consume excess food, you automatically start losing weight.

Wholegrain breakfast cereals, Fruit such as berries, pears, banana, watermelon and oranges, Vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and sweetcorn are fibre rich food which you should eat as a breakfast. Other examples are nuts, peas, beans, oats, pulses and potatoes with skin are also high in fibre content. They will surely give you fullness.

Remember: Eating potatoes doesn't make you fat. They gives you fullness even if you eat them in little quantity. Eat only as per your requirement. If you eat in more quantity you will surely going to gain weight.
