Spicy Veg Manchurian





Veg manchurian is basically Chinese dish. But it is very popular all over the world. It's super delicious and forces your mouth salivate involuntary. This spicy dish can quickly eaten as a breakfast. It's simply awesome.

 Ingredients -
For Manchurian Balls

  •  1 cup of finely chopped cauliflower
  •  1 cup grated carrots
  •  1/2 cup chopped haricot (farasbi)
  •  1 finely chopped onion.
  •  1 cup fine flour( maida) or                    as per the requirement.
  •  1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  •  1 tablespoon soya sauce


For Manchurian Gravy

  •  2  tablespoon tomato sauce
  •  1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  •  1 tablespoon soya sauce
  •  Cornflour as per requirement
  •  1 tablespoon garlic paste
  •  1 small cup red chilli powder
  •  1 small cup salt
  •  2 tablespoon of oil


Procedure -

  •  First of all, take a  the fine flour in a bowl and add sufficient amount of water to make it sufficiently viscous.
  •  Add chilli sauce, soya sauce and salt as per requirement in the same bowl.
  •  Now add 1 cup chopped cauliflower,1 cup grated carrots and 1cup chopped haricot in bowl.
  •  Now mix this mixture properly and marignate it.
  •  Make the balls of manchurian by hands.
  •  Keep the oil for heating in frying pan.
  •  Fry the manchurian balls in the frying pan until it becomes light brownish in colour.
  •  Now for preparation of gravy, add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce in water.
  •  Heat oil in pan and then pour the mixture of sauces in it.
  •  Heat it for about 5 minutes.
  •  Now we need to add corn flour in it to make gravy slightly viscous.
  •  Add manchurian balls in gravy and then serve these spicy  manchurian in dish.
